When you order, you will be asked to pay the price of the order via the server Ogone
–
www.ogone.com with which Animalboost works to insure the safety of the
transaction.
How does it work ?
- The client fills his basket and pushes the order button.
- The client fills in his delivery and invoice information, the total amount of his purchase which includes taxes and postage will be shown.
- The client confirms his order.
- The client is then redirected to the secured Ogone platform where he confirms his type of payment.
- Acceptance from the financial institution will be asked.
- The client receives a confirmation of his transaction which he can print out and keep.
- After receiving the payment Animalboost will then send the products.
Important note
The exchange of secured information, like credit card number, is done directly
between Ogone and the client.
Animalboost has at no time knowledge of this information, which means complete confidentiality. Furthermore, the transaction
costs are at the charge of Animalboost.
