Acceptance
The customer recognises to acquaint oneself with the general conditions and declare to accept these conditions of sale has soon has he validates his order on the web site.
The action of clicking on the order button which confirms the purchase involves the acceptance without conditions of the general sales conditions.
Products
« ANIMALBOOST » proposes the sale of products from an accessible catalogue on internet.
The pictures illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field.
The photography are given on a purely illustrative basis ,we invite you to refer to the description of each products to know the characteristics of each of them.
Order
The customer chooses the product that he wishes to acquire and transmits his order to « ANIMALBOOST » by internet.
An acknowledgement of delivery ,confirming the order as well as the entire amount of this order will be communicated to the customer by e mail.
The price invoices are those which are on internet catalogue at the time of the order, except the cost of carriage,packing and of the treatment of your order.
The form of final validation takes together these stations and also the entire amount to be paid by the customer.
In the event of a delivery outside Belgium,the customer will have to pay any taxes due to the importation of the products (tva,customs…) that could be due in the client ‘s country (especially outside europe).
« ANIMALBOOST » reserves the right to refuse to deliver an order coming from a customer with whom there is a existing litigious or considered to be at risk or fraudulent.
Any modification or cancellation requested by the buyer will be taken into account only if it arrives by e mail and within 24 hours after the validation of the order.
After these 24 hours the order becomes firm and final and the amount will be owed.
NO ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED BEFORE THE COMPLETE PAYMENT OF THIS ONE.
Terms of payment
On-line payment(by a protected system
Transfer on bank account (Belgian account), beware that the delivery period will be longer by this method of payment.
The order does become effective only after the reception of the full payment. « ANIMALBOOST » reminds the owner of the product until the full payment of the product.
The delivery of the product
The product will be delivered to the address mentioned on the purchase order form.
The delivery time table can vary: in the event of transport difficulty, of stock shortage or holiday periods which will be announced to the customer.
The delivery period varies between 48 h to 7 business days after the reception of the payment .Our delivery time tables are given as an indication and cannot in any case give place to a cancellation of the order,neither damages can be claimed on this account; « ANIMALBOOST » reserves the right to make partial deliveries,in this case the buyer will not be able to prevail himself of using this has a reason to cancel his order.
Any return of goods must be met by a written agreement between « ANIMALBOOST » and the buyer. The expenses of the return are supported by the buyer.
Disengagement of responsibilities
No complaints can be made to « ANIMALBOOST » in the event of losses or of time not respected.
In the event of loss or of time not respected by the post office,the customer will have to deposit a complaint at his post office. If the parcel is send by register post then « ANIMALBOOST » will request a search by the post office.
Availability of the items
« ANIMALBOOST » pledges to satisfy the request of his customer and to carry out his order. Animalboot responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of the non availability ot the products .If the product becomes permanently non available ,a refund will be possible either totally or partially in form of credit of purchase.
Guarantee
In accordance with the legislation by mail order item,you have the possibility of returning to « ANIMALBOOST »the purchase within the 7 following days of the purchase. The product will be refunded by the means of vouchers which can be used for another purchase in the « ANIMALBOOST » catalogue.
The expenses of returns are for the clients. No vouchers will be send before the returns of the goods and they will have to be in good order and in the original packing. For any goods which are spoiled,dirty or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to a partial refund.
Case of absolute necessity
The responsibility of « ANIMALBOOST » cannot be engaged in the event of causes beyond it's control like strikes,natural disasters,this list is not exhaustive.
Personal information
« ANIMALBOOST » pledges not to reveal to a third party, any personal information which will be communicate to « ANIMALBOOST ». This information is confidential and will be used only for the treatment of the order. At all time you have the right to have access, change or remove your personnel data.
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality, safety and the use of his identifier and his password.
Additional detail : « ANIMALBOOST » is approved by the minister of agriculture, all the products are considered has complentary food and cannot replace the view of a veterinary surgeon.
Intellectual property
The titles, design, form of the web site of « ANIMALBOOST » are it's property. Has is photography and texts and are protected by rights of author. Any copy, reproduction, adaptation, publication or utilisation of some manners or other is strictly prohibited and sanctioned penally.
Applicable rights-litigation
This contract is subject to the Belgian law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of litigation, the Liege court « in Belgium » are the only qualified ones. we reserve ourselves the right to modify these general terms from time to time, we consequently ask you to consult them at the time of each order.
